3000万令吉“华裔小贩微型贷款”以及5000万令吉“华商中小型企业微型贷款”已经于2019年1月1日起在全国400家国民储蓄银行(BSN)的各分行正式开跑,即日起协助欲借贷民众!

马来西亚财政部长林冠英于2019年1月14日在布城发表文告:   为协助民众解答有关微型贷款的疑问,财政部委任了财政部长办公室两名谙中文的特别官员负责处理民众的咨询。这两名财政部特别官员分别是杜炎祗(电话:012-276 1681)以及赵凯彦(电话:019-770 5695),有疑惑的民众可在上午9时至下午6时之间联系上述两名特别官员。 我已在去年年底宣布,“华裔小贩微型贷款”将继续获得3000万令吉的拨款,而“华商中小型企业微型贷款”也将获得5000万令吉的拨款。有意者可在今年1月起向国民储蓄银行(BSN)提出申请,年利率为4%,民众无需通过任何中介,更无须缴付任何佣金就能申请相关贷款。 这两项微型贷款已编列于马来西亚2018年预算案之内,即便去年509我国历经政权转移,有关项目一样继续获得拨款,显示出联邦依旧关注华裔小贩和中小型企业。和过往不同的是,这笔国家拨款将会输送到国民储蓄银行(BSN),由该银行来承办借贷事项。 “华裔小贩微型贷款”和“华商中小型企业微型贷款”将分别提供5000令吉到最多5万令吉的贷款予有需要者,以便协助他们周转或拓展生意。该贷款的年利率为4%,申请条件相对宽松,欢迎全国各地的华裔小贩或华商向国民储蓄银行申请。政府将致力确保上进的华裔业者能够依据他们的能力与需求获得相应的贷款便利。 和过往不同的是,政府不再将“华商中小型企业微型贷款”的5000万令吉交由马华所拥有的自立合作社(KOJADI),而是转交国民储蓄银行处理。虽然马华一直否认涉及自立合作社的控制权,但是自立合作社里的15个董事局成员中,其中6名来自马华合作社(KOMAWAH),他们拥有321个投票权,而5万9937个人会员却只有265个投票权。换言之,马华合作社的投票权是超越个人会员。我们认为,政治与经济商业必须分开,国家才能健康成长,经济才能够百花齐放,若搞政治的人也搞经济,也许最终会导致贪污腐败。 联邦政府希望,透过这两个微型贷款可以提升业者的竞争力,以便在2019年能够拥有更好的表现,为马来西亚的经济作出贡献。   林冠英 马来西亚财政部长
