Scrap all motorbikes in Penang island and replaced with battery operated bicycles.Top speed almost 40 km per hr.Quite easy to operate ,save on fuel and good for the enviroment.No noise pollution ,carbon monoxide pollution,less mortality rate and to show the whole of Malaysia and the World that Penang can be different!Anyone agrees with me? Dare to be different!Will feature in the popular tourist destinations map as a special island to visit if there are battery operated bicycles to be rented whereby tourist can sample sites and restaurants slowly!
